Rules:
Registration- Participants are individually registered for solo performance not in group.
College ID card is compulsory for all participants.
Maximum time of 10minutes will be given for presentation per poster and 2 minute for discussion.
Title of poster should convey basic theme of poster.
Written matter on presentation will be given least priority and in any language-Marathi, Hindi or English.
One soft copy of abstract containing 200 words is to be submitted up to 14 March 2024 on email address innotechfest2024@gmail.com.
The winners are decided on the basis of above criteria by the judge.
Guidelines:
Use appropriate pictures/graphics; you can insert JPEG, BMP etc. pictures diagrams, graphs, tables and charts should be clear resolution.
Poster should be hand carry.
Poster Size – Length and breadth of poster should be of size length and breadth 1m to 1.5 meter.
The use of typewritten, hand drawn or printed PowerPoint handout, banners are also allowed for presentation.
The online mode is available for other state students after registration send the soft copy of their poster in the form of single slide of MS power point to the organiser on email address innotechfest2024@gmail.com .
