Bills are sent quarterly by Branch Business. Annual dues and capital assessments are due on all properties in the association. Monthly base fee and usage charges are charged to hooked-up properties.
$225 (billed in April)
Monthly base fee: $35 (includes usage of up to 6,000 gallons per month)
Capital Assessment: $55 per month (new well project)
6,001 - 20,000 gallons: $.0033 / gallon
20,001 - 30,000 gallons: $.0044 / gallon
30,001 - 40,000 gallons: $.0088 / gallon
over 40,000 gallons: $.022 / gallon
Starting April 1, 2025, we are reading meters quarterly and usage charges will be assessed on total usage for the 3 months as follows:
18,001 - 60,000 gallons: $.0033 / gallon
60,001 - 90,000 gallons: $.0044 / gallon
90,001 - 120,000 gallons: $.0088 / gallon
over 120,000 gallons: $.022 / gallon
So a quarterly bill will ordinarily reflect:
Monthly base fee: $105 (3*$35)
Water Usage fee: (variable, depending on usage over 18,000 gallons in the quarter)
New well capital assessment: $165 (3*$55)
Annual dues (April bill only): $225
