KC Academy for Career and Training Foundation, Inc. was founded by a compassionate couple who share a strong commitment to service and community development. The school president is a medical doctor, while his spouse is engaged in the construction industry. Together, they envisioned an institution that not only provides quality education but also creates meaningful opportunities for individuals seeking skills-based careers.

The inspiration to establish the school came from their personal experience of needing a medical worker to assist their family. This, combined with the rising demand for healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, strengthened their resolve to create a training center dedicated to skills development in the health and related sectors.

KC Academy for Career and Training Foundation, Inc. is set to officially begin operations between May and June 2026. From its inception, the institution will offer its pilot programs, namely Caregiving, Food and Beverage Services (FBS), and Housekeeping. These courses are designed to equip students with practical, industry-relevant skills that prepare them for both local and international employment opportunities.

Beyond technical training, these programs may also serve as pathways toward diploma qualifications for students who wish to further their education and advance their careers.

As the institution continues to grow, it remains committed to expanding its range of in-demand programs. More importantly, KC Academy aims to support its graduates beyond completion of their training by providing access to employment opportunities through established linkages with partner organizations and corporations, both locally and abroad.
