Charter Your Teams

Once you have your league officer(s) established and team counts ready, go to BRL Account Login

1.  Create a new user account

2. Enter your League Officers info

3. Enter the number of teams you have in each age group

Choose your Insurance

Leagues must have Liability and Accident Insurance to play in Babe Ruth Leagues

• Choose K&K Insurance plans that fit your league

• OR  you may be able to use your own insurance.  Details & Requirements HERE

• If it meets requirements, upload your League Insurance Certificate(s)

Receive your Charter

Once you have completed Steps 1 & 2, and your Charter is approved by BRL HQ, you will be notified.

Kansas Babe Ruth League will also be notified you have been approved and chartered.

Pay your State Charter Fees

Kansas BRL will now send you an Invoice for State Charter Fee of $10 per team. 

For Brand New Leagues, these fees are waived the first year of play!

Please send these dues to the address on the Invoice.

Verify your Volunteers

Coaches and Volunteers in Babe Ruth League agree to and pass a Background Check.  

In 2018, the President of the U.S. signed the “Safe Sports Act”.  This federal law created abuse prevention training for people working in all youth sports.

These background checks and training must be done through the  National BRL Provider

Upload your Rosters

Rosters must be uploaded to the National BRL Web Service.  Be sure to have all team information including first and last name, date of birth, complete address and email address.  Follow the instructions on the web page.  An Excel Template is available to make your job easier if you wish.
