Eligibility : Can be awarded to Members of the Imperial Family. It can also be awarded to states people including The Grand Chancellor of the Realm, Ministers of The State and government officials who have greatly contributed towards the progress of The State’s and/or the welfare of its citizens. It can also be awarded to Foreign Head of States for their distinguished service in the micronational community, and for the promotion of brotherhood and peace. Can be awarded posthomously.

The vines are joined by four maroon stars. A group of 24 stars arranged in a circular manner decorate the red enameled thick division of the centra disc. A 24 pronged circular band encircles a dark blue enameled disc. A motif of a Phoenix, a legendary bird symbolizing the Imperial House, Ambition and Assiduity stands on a golden cloud. It's eight-feathered tail elegantly pouring behind it.
