A heavily ornamented golden central disc is decorated by eight vines which are located on the median of the cardinal directions. Two maroon enameled stars occupy the two (east and west) main directions and another four stars occupy the space between a pair of vines in the cardinal directions, totaling to six. A thick golden border on the disc encircles a dark blue enameled disc adorned with a group of 24 golden stars arranged in a circular order. A 24 outward-pronged circular disc encloses a motif of a Kirin, a mythical creature, with the head of Dragon, a body of an antelope, covered with scales like that of a snake, and a graceful horse's tail.
