Get to know me

As the oldest of six children, caring for others has always been a natural part of who I am. That passion led me to spend the past 10 years as a nanny, where I had the privilege of supporting children and families through some of life's most meaningful moments. Today, I'm honored to continue that journey as a birth doula.

I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based support and the confidence to make informed choices throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I'm passionate about helping parents understand their options so they can make the decisions that feel right for them. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a cesarean birth, or anything in between, I'm here to support your goals without judgment. Every birth is unique, and every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and encouraged to remember their birth story with fondness.

When I'm not supporting growing families, you'll usually find me outside soaking up the sunshine. My favorite color is yellow—a perfect reflection of the warmth, hope, and joy I strive to bring into every birth space.
