Fixing Android settings on POCO devices

Battery optimization settings can block data transmission between your mobile phone and Virtual Trading App. This can affect the accuracy of Geofencing.

On Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco phones with Android 10, 11, and 12, the battery optimization functions are very restrictive and sometimes disable Virtual Trading App background data.

For this reason, we recommend that you disable battery optimization functions for the Virtual Trading App. This ensures optimal operation when the app is working in the background.

Turning off the battery optimization function for the Virtual Trading App

1. Open the Settings on your mobile phone.

2. Select Apps, then

3. select Manage apps.

4. Select Virtual Trading App from the list, or use the search field.

5. Enable Autostart.

6. A pop-up message will appear. Allow Autostart by clicking OK.

7. Select Battery saver, then

8. select No restrictions.
