A special wine made from an old variety of red muscat - the locals call it CIPRO. The vine is almost extinct and only grows in Istria. Harvesting takes place when the grapes have already withered. The wine is aged in wooden barrels. In this way, we get a strong dessert wine that already resembles a liqueur.
