A fluid practice where postures are synchronized to your "Pranayama" or breath. In this class, you will build heat (sweat) by flowing through a series of Vinyasa sequences and end with a calming meditation (Savasana). This practice will leave you feeling well balanced in body and mind.

A fast-pace, athletic inspired flow class. Heart pumping plyometrics, HIIT training and primal movement combined with your traditional Vinyasa flow, guaranteed to make you sweat and challenge your endurance, strength and mobility.
