[ AT THE START OF THE SECOND SEMESTER, I JUMPED INTO ANIMATION HEADFIRST, BEGINNING WITH THE ROBOT FIGHT SCENE ]

[ PRODUCTION SCHEDULE ]
At the beginning of the semester, I created a production schedule to keep all the shots organized
I separated shots by Harmony files, each Harmony file containing an average of 15 seconds of animation
[ PROCESS ]
1. KEYPOSES - Pose rigs using animatic's poses
2. OVERSHOOTS/SETTLES - For large actions, I would add extremes on each end of the action
3. IN-BETWEENS/BREAKDOWNS - Fill in the gaps with any extra poses needed
4. LIPSYNC / BLINKS - Match the dialogue to the characters mouth movements, add blinks/pupil movement to enhance acting
5. CAMERA - Add camera movements to sell the energy of the scene
[ typically, each scene's animation would be finished before the background, so I would put in a simple placeholder in the meantime ]
