We currently have wildflower and sourwood honey for sell from this year's harvest. Wildflower honey is made from local nectar sources in the area and is usually described as having a medium to strong taste with a slight amber color. The taste and color depends on when the honey was harvested, what floral sources were blooming at that time, and the abundance of each variety in a particular area. Sourwood honey is considered one of the premier honeys in the world.Â
