I believe that every individual student learns differently, and I like to teach with that in mind. Some students have difficulty learning in the standard classroom, whereas others may excel in the classroom setting. That is why creative activities and conversations are always important to have. It is essential for every teacher to get to know their students so that each individual learning style can be adapted to. For example, some people are kinesthetic or verbal learners, whereas others may be auditory or visual learners. This is why it is important to create lessons with auditory, visual, verbal and kinesthetic aspects so that all students can learn more easily.
I always strive to be inclusive, nurturing, supportive and engaging to my students. I encourage my students to be empathetic, respectful and caring to each other. I aim to provide an environment that feels safe, comfortable and inspiring for all students. Having this type of classroom allows for a conducive learning environment.
