Location
Kathryn Davies Physiotherapy is located just a 10 minute walk from Princess of Wales Hospital and Bridgend Town Centre with onsite parking available. Locals may be more familiar with its neighbouring businesses "pink scissors fabric" and "The Caefattri bar and grill"
Access
The clinic is based on the 1st floor of the building with a flight of stairs for access. If you are unable to manage stairs, please get in touch to discuss alternative locations for your assessment.
Your first appointment
At your initial assessment, please wait in your car and Kathryn will come out to get you at your appointment time.
The Waiting room
The Waiting room is the perfect place to find some time for yourself before and after your appointment. It's located beyond the studio and is stocked with refreshments and snacks.
The Library
The waiting room is where you will also find the health and well-being library. You can choose to read snippets of books while you wait, or provide a small book deposit and take the book home to read. When you are finished with the book, bring it back in good condition and receive your deposit back.
The Assessment Room
The assessment room is where your initial assessment will take place. It's a quiet and private room where Kathryn will complete a thorough client history and where you can discuss your physio goals.
The Treatment room
The treatment room is a calm and relaxing space where most of the manual therapy sessions including massage will take place. 1:1 Pilates can also be completed in the treatment room.
The Studio
The studio is the heart of the clinic at Kathryn Davies Physiotherapy. Its a huge light filled space for 1:1 exercise therapy, rehabilitation and classes. It's equipped with everything needed to facilitate your rehabilitation and exercise journey.
