Conducted end-to-end research on an new outbound payment product including discovery research to understand pain points and identify need, evaluation of sign-up flow, and evaluation of UX with product in early stages of product launch.

Investigated variations in pain points, motivations, mental models, and core attitudes across user base. Collaborated with data science and product teams to combine attitudinal with behavioral data to define 5 core segments.
Survey Design - Generative Research
Evaluated the restaurant, grocery/convenience and alcohol order building experiences on two major apps using moderated usability tests and card sorts.
Usability Testing - Card Sorting - Evaluate Research
Mapped customer journey for online payments for different user segments via quantitative behavior analyses and validated through in-depth interviews. Identified optimal behaviors for successfully integration of payments into account workflows and recommendations to help accounts successfully adopt financial features and payments.
Behavioral Analytics - Interviews - Evaluative
Uncovered how grocery, convenience, and alcohol offerings on a food delivery platform were perceived compared to competitors, investigated how top diners differed from average diners, and identified barriers for diners who showed intent but had never placed an order.
Survey Design - Generative Research
Identified users at a higher likely of experiencing cashflow issues based on demographic and behavioral data. Interviewed users to understand needs and desires in a lending offering. Insight resulted in prioritize list of needs and wants for lending product and informed partnership discussions and resulting loan offerings.

Investigated experiences, challenges, and use cases of healthcare professionals using remote patient vital monitoring devices to understand low product usage. Uncovered some major barriers to utilization (complicated instructions; unclear if patients are forgetting or don’t know how to record vitals) and provided recommendations to help overcome challenges and increase utilization.
