As a result of this two-day lesson, the students were able to receive closure to the identity curriculum by creating a booklet illustrating aspects of their own identities. While continuing to work on the drawing techniques presented during Project Three, the students were also able to recycle the identities used in Project One. After creating meaningful illustrations for their booklets, the students also constructed their booklets in a thoughtful manner to share, compare, and contrast with their classmates.Â
