Suicide Hotline: A free, confidential suicide & crisis lifeline where you can call or chat online. This site also offers numerous wellness resources for neurodivergent individuals, mothers, racial minorities, veterans, youth, survivors, DHH individuals, and more.
Therapist Finder: A therapist-locating tool based on location, specialty, and insurance.
United Way Volunteers: Information on volunteer work and community services.
The Trevor Project: The resources page from The Trevor Project, including information on sexual, emotional, and social wellness; resources for talking about suicide; community mental health programs; mental health resources for LGBT+ individuals, and; guides on surviving or helping someone survive in harmful environments.
