About Me
About Me
I started my career in the K-12 classroom, where I quickly realized my real passion wasn't just teaching content. It was engineering the conditions for learning. I obsessed over why some lessons worked and others didn't. I conducted informal needs analyses before I even knew what to call them. I differentiated instruction because the data told me to.
That curiosity led me to Harmony Public Schools, where I transitioned into a Learning & Development Specialist role. There, I designed standards-aligned eLearning, led curriculum projects, and applied backward design and the ADDIE framework to every project. I increased STAAR proficiency rates to 62% among Title I Emergent Bilingual learners and turned complex content into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
Now, I'm bringing that same rigor and learner-first mindset to organizations ready to invest in training that delivers results. Whether you're onboarding new hires, rolling out a new tool, or building a learning culture from scratch, I want to help you design it right.
