SERVICE & LEADERSHIP
First Video Title: “Beginner's Guide to DIR Floortime Therapy”
I have recently launched an educational video series designed to support parents, educators, and therapists interested in understanding and applying the DIR/Floortime model. The goal is to make neurodevelopmental principles accessible through short, engaging, and practical content.
Clinical Leadership and Caregiver Training – WonDIRful Play
As Clinical Center Supervisor, I lead a team of DIRFloortime® professionals and provide real-time coaching and mentoring. I design neurodevelopment-informed programs, support family engagement, and ensure high-quality service delivery for children with developmental differences.
International Speaker on Neuroeducation
I have served as a featured speaker at international conferences and webinars for educators. Notably, I presented at:
ArteSuma - Webinar (Quito, Ecuador) on “The Role of Art as a Transversal Axis in Neuroeducation.”
Maestra de Inicial- Webinar (Lima, Peru) on “Strategies for Communication in Early Childhood from a Neuroeducational Perspective.”
Advocacy for Bilingual and Immigrant Families
I am committed to empowering bilingual, multicultural, and immigrant families. Through individualized therapies and parent coaching in both English and Spanish, I help bridge developmental, language, and cultural gaps in early intervention and education.
Conflict Resolution Education through Literature
As the author of “Mi guía mágica de resolución de conflictos para niños,” I integrate the book into therapeutic and educational sessions with children. It serves as a resource to teach emotional regulation, empathy, and problem-solving in bilingual and neurodiverse settings. The book supports my broader mission to foster socioemotional development through engaging, developmentally appropriate tools.
