Achievements Through 2025:
“Beginner's Guide to DIR Floortime Therapy”
I have recently launched an educational video series designed to support parents, educators, and therapists interested in understanding and applying the DIR/Floortime model. The goal is to make neurodevelopmental principles accessible through short, engaging, and practical content.
Clinical Leadership and Caregiver Training – WonDIRful Play
As Clinical Supervisor at WonDIRful Play Center (Bergen County, NJ), I lead a team of 8+ early intervention professionals implementing the DIR®/Floortime model with children ages 2–8. My responsibilities include real-time staff coaching, program design, family engagement, and quality assurance for a diverse caseload that includes bilingual and neurodiverse children. This role represents over two years of sustained organizational leadership in an applied clinical-educational setting.
International Speaker on Neuroeducation
I have been invited to present at international conferences and professional development webinars in Ecuador and Peru, addressing educators and early childhood specialists on topics including neuroeducation, communication strategies, and inclusive practices for bilingual learners. These presentations demonstrate my engagement with professional communities at the international level and my commitment to disseminating evidence-based knowledge across cultural and linguistic contexts.

Advocacy for Bilingual and Immigrant Families
I am committed to empowering bilingual, multicultural, and immigrant families. Through individualized therapies and parent coaching in both English and Spanish, I help bridge developmental, language, and cultural gaps in early intervention and education.
Conflict Resolution Education through Literature
My bilingual interactive workbook, 'Mi guía mágica de resolución de conflictos para niños / My Magic Guide to Conflict Resolution,' has been used in therapeutic and educational settings across the United States and Latin America. Published as an original work, it reflects my commitment to producing accessible, culturally responsive, and research-informed resources for children, educators, and families. The book has been featured in professional development sessions, parent workshops, and early childhood programs.
