I assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay arising from external causes, including but not limited to negligence of third parties, war, strikes, civil unrest, riots, fire, government actions, or transportation and communication failures. The client expressly acknowledges that the authentication/apostille of a document is solely at the discretion of the destination country. I disclaim any liability for losses, damages, forfeitures of deposit, or expenses incurred if the requested document or serve is denied or delayed. The authentication/apostille process is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in application documents, and I disclaim any responsibility for errors therein. Additionally, I assume no liability for mistakes made by foreign embassies, consulates, missions, or other government agencies.
Shipping Assistance Disclaimer
By requesting shipping assistance, the client acknowledges and agrees that Karla Hernandez is acting solely as a facilitator in the shipping process. Karla's role is limited to delivering the documents to the specific carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) for shipment. Karla does not assume liability or responsibility for; (1) Loss, delay, damage, or mis delivery of the package once it has been handed over to the carrier, (2) Errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, (3) Any financial or legal consequences resulting from shipping delays or lost items. Upon drop-off, Karla will send the client a text message containing a photograph of the drop-off receipt, serving as confirmation of handover to the carrier.
