As an individual, I am friendly and an easing-going person. I am determined to push forward and try my best in situations. However, I always keep an positive outlook in daily activities. In groups, I come off as someone who can easily get along with, and easy to work with. I am able to put in equal amount of participation to ensure a well outcome, such as a good experience with a good grade.

I am well-organized and a more-hands on type of person. However, I get nervous when it comes to public-speaking and there would be some self-criticism when it comes to projects.
