Caribe Blanco Azul is an artistic project created in 2016 by the Corporación Luis Eduardo Nieto Arteta (CLENA) and the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF), as part of their national strategy "Massive Actions of High Social Impact-AMAS."
The project's goal is to implement a massive action of high social impact to promote the rights of children and adolescents and prevent their rights from being violated. This is achieved through the appropriation of cultural and literary expressions with a rights-based approach in contexts of risk due to the use and exploitation of children and adolescents by illegal armed groups, gang activity, and juvenile delinquency.
My Experience
I worked as a Music teacher in 8 school workshops over 2 years, resulting in the recording of a song called "Tenemos Derechos." This was my first teaching experience and provided me with the opportunity to learn about teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
