Programs
Ninja Kids
The children's program is specifically designed to introduce very young students to the fundamentals of Martial Arts. Philosophical lessons and Kihon (basic techniques) are incorporated into the curriculum, as is Dojo etiquette and protocol. Students also learn basic Kata (forms) and Nippon (one step) techniques. Once the children are comfortable being in the Dojo, and demonstrate an understanding of the expectations and demands of the class, they are welcome to attend the regular Karate classes as well. Children ages three to fourteen are welcome. Classes are held at Sterling House Community Center.
