KARANCHO is an acronym of KABABAYAN RIDERS ASSOCIATION FOR A NEW CULTURAL HARMONY AND ORDER, INCORPORATED. 

Coherent to the bondage of Respect One Another, this organization firmly believed that the restoration of our neglected cultural values can be strengthened. It is a volunteer organization constituted by the motorcycle owners geared towards Community Assistance and Development program of the PNP. 

A commitment of every KARANCHO brothers to pacify irresponsible perception and negative public opinion thus serves as a bridge between the community, the Philippine National Police and the Local Government Units towards peaceful and harmonized society. 

It also served as an instrument that would cloth every individual in the KARANCHO circle to be authorized in discharging community service. A civic action of concerned citizen constituted by the people from Churches, Media, Congress/ LGU’s, NGO’s and Schools ready to respond to public calls. 

KARANCHO is non partisan, non sectarian and non combatant volunteer organization which would be under the guidance of the PNP through the concept of Community Oriented Policing System and the Local Government Units to its community development and livelihood Program. 

An organization established purposely to be a conduit of the Local Government Units and other Government Agencies within its capacity and capability. 

With the mobile and strong camaraderie of the KARANCHO, response to those who are seeking justice against human rights violators and victims of calamities and disasters can obviously be provided efficiently. 

KARANCHO is a group whom you can trust, an inspiration of those under privileged people to be empowered and be heard and a place where everybody can display their courage and goodwill, a place where you can render an honest to goodness community service with full satisfaction and fulfillment of the benefits of indulgence from the HOLY CREATOR. 

Disregarding any political color, religious beliefs and social standing, we are brothers. It is a place where you can feel comfort and peace of mind to the creed of Respect One Another. 

Above all, this organization is a venue of several reforms under the guidance of its five pillars such as UNITY, HUMILITY, SOLIDARITY, CAMARADERIE, BROTHERHOOD. 

KARANCHO!!! RESPECT ONE ANOTHER, the magic words that strengthen the bond of each and everyone. 

Someday, this organization will become a venue for reconciliation and peace making institutions.

KARANCHO is a non partisan, non sectarian and non combatant volunteer organization committed to support the Local Government Units and the Philippine National Police program on the development of institutional support by means of networking in the pursuit of protection and saving lives and properties. With the capability of the KARANCHO, together with the proper authorities, active and responsive assistance and relief can now be provided to victims of calamities and disasters, as well as to those who are seeking justice against lawless elements. 

A response to public calls focused mainly to the victims of vehicular accidents, fire incidents, flood disasters and victims of human rights violations. Along this way, it is now a destiny to all KARANCHO family to expound it’s foundation nationwide to be more reliable and accessible like other international and local civic organization had already been efficiently illustrating now a days. At any given situation, any time, any place and anywhere, the KARANCHO will be there sowing the seeds of peace and welfare to all mankind. 

The KARANCHO firmly believes that our neglected cultural values can be restored by forming multi-sector foundation constituted by the people from schools, media, churches, NGOs, LGUs and the masses willing to submit themselves in the bounty to BROTHERHOOD coherent to the bondage of unity, humility, solidarity, camaraderie, brotherhood. All these can be conceived by the virtue of “Respect One Another”. 

A quest to reach the highest degree of merits and respect by molding an institution of public trust and confidence, dependable, accessible, and responsible in the conduct of community assistance and development effort. With the ambition to be highly regarded and well equipped volunteer organization, it is then up to the impression to the public to adjudged if this KARANCHO have already reached prominently the category of “An Organization of Credence”
