The government of Uganda tried involving different approaches such full scholarships, Giving Take Home Ratio To Girls ,use of ABEK PROGRAMME with Support from Save the children which was  launched in 1998 with the aim of providing responsive education option to pastoralists children who could not take advantage of the formal school system ,but it could not succeed because these people loved moving with their animals ,so now hence  a solution is KARAMOJA MOVING CLASSROOM

ABEK-launched opened distance learning (a mobile community based educational initiative)

Open means of removing all the barriers and restrictions to learning for example the adoption of flexible study time and requiring no uniforms

It could not succeed because they could use books at times radio which could not make learning interactive, since those could not give room to questions- answers and far , radio visual illustrations could not be accessed . Therefore our ‘’Solution Stands’’. Karamoja Moving Classroom

In our moving classroom, we intend to avail pastoralists with the following resources:

1. Animal diseases

2. Numerical computation

3. Environmental management

4. Hygiene and sanitation

5. Literacy and many others
