Bagasy Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Kapsa mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Study content: notes, flashcards, and other materials you create or upload within the App.
Audio recordings: when you use the transcription feature, audio is processed to generate text.

Usage data: features used, session duration, and interaction patterns (for improving the App).
Crash and performance data: error logs to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
Information we DO NOT collect:
We do not collect precise geolocation data.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the services listed above as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
Your account information will be deleted within 30 days.
Study materials and generated content associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data (via the "Delete Account" option in the App).
Withdraw consent for data processing (by discontinuing use of the App).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED TO OR INTEGRATED WITH THE APP. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW THE PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES YOU ACCESS THROUGH THE APP.
