Depending on volunteer numbers, volunteers may be 1:1 with players or have multiple buddies with a single player.
Competitive League Buddies assist players in learning/playing by traditional softball rules. Players typically need less assistance compared to Tee ball and Classic players and the focus is more on learning the skills and rules of baseball/softball.
