Meeting Requirements
You are expected to attend all the meetings. We will have an online option for our remote members. You are allowed 1 meeting absence per semester. If absent, you need to email KDP@uncw.edu at least 24 hours beforehand to receive the Zoom link. If an emergency arises, and you cannot give 24 hours, please reach out.

You can watch the recorded Zoom meeting AND fill out a questionnaire about the meeting. This will still count as your absence/Zoom, AND you must communicate your need beforehand. This must be done within one week of the meeting date.

Please type your questions, and an officer will be monitoring the Zoom chat for questions
You must remain on Zoom until the meeting concludes
Any students who do not stay on Zoom throughout the entirety of the meeting WILL be required to make up the meeting!
