“The Old Hill” LLC

The OLD HILL, LLC is officially chartered with the State of North Carolina, and has a separate bank account from the Cullowhee KA Alumni Association. The first goal of “The Old Hill, LLC” is to conduct a fundraising campaign. This will allow us to pursue any land possibilities when the time comes. The goal of this campaign is $75,000. Based on our last Alumni Treasurer's Report done by Brother Wood in May 2023, we are almost 1/3 of the way there. Before we can put a bid on any property we need to have the money in hand. 

Currently there are 38 Shareholders in OLD HILL, LLC as of April 30, 2023. Shares are being sold at $ 100 per share. If you would like to become an invested member of the OLD HILL, LLC there are two payment options. 

a) Send a check, made out to “THE OLD HILL, LLC” and mail to:
