Sending Materials

If you wish to send fair materials to Hiroo Gakuen beforehand, please schedule them to arrive between August 16th and September 9th. 

Please be sure to label your boxes carefully. On the outside of the box, please clearly write: 

• Your university's name (in ENGLISH)

• The region in which your university is based 

  • USA 

  • Europe 

  • Canada

  • Asia 

  • Japan
