SPACES FOR THE LIVING BODY.
SPACES FOR THE LIVING BODY.
Kansoma is a space that merges science and spirit —
using the body as a bridge between the nervous system and awareness.
It brings together the principles of Kanso (simplicity), Soma (body), and Ma (space) to guide
people to reconnect with themselves through movement, touch and awareness.
Nina is a physiotherapist and somatic bodyworker who believes in the power of creating space to restore wellbeing. Her work integrates intentional bodywork, breath, and somatic practices to help others reconnect with their body.
Taking a holistic integrated approach, she works in alignment with the nervous system and the fascial and muscular systems — creating a bridge between science and embodied wisdom.
With Japanese heritage close to her roots, Nina weaves the values of simplicity, presence, and harmony into her craft of wellness. This philosophy flows through her workshops, classes, training programs, where she creates spaces for people to feel seen, safe, and supported, allowing the body to restore and return to balance.
Nina holds a deep fascination with psychosomatics and integrative neurology, continuously expanding her knowledge to weave these understandings into her evolving practice.
