KCIAAO is Now Able to Accept Online Payments for Memberships and Education.

We offer the following options for making your online credit or debit card payments:

Invoice:

If you would like to have a detailed invoice emailed to you with a link for payment please contact Anastasia Smith at anastasia.smith@jacksongov.org or by phone at (816) 881-3239. This option will offer the flexibility to pay for multiple classes, and memberships for a group of individuals.

Shopping Cart:

Choose your class or membership level, add that item to the cart and simply check out.   


Membership Dues 

January 1 through December 31th.

Regular Member: Any government employee, who is a current member of I.A.A.O in good standing.

Associate Member: Anyone who is employed by a government agency but is not a member of I.A.A.O. Associate memberships also includes employees of other government agencies that are not involved with property tax administration.

Subscribing Member: Corporate or non-governmental employee who , as representative of private industry, subscribe to the purposed of the Chapter and wish to become affiliated with it.

Workshop 191 – 7-Hour National USPAP Update 

February 26, 2024 


Objective: This workshop is a National 7-hour USPAP Update offered for continuing education for licensure and certification through The Appraisal Foundation. The workshop provides a general overview of USPAP guidelines, advisory opinions, statements, and other appraisal practices. The course is updated every two years to address changes to USPAP and common misunderstandings.


THIS IS A LIVE ONLINE COURSE Instructor: Jason Frost, CAE 

 Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm


Materials: Students will receive the course reference material via email prior to the course start. 


Cost: The cost for this workshop is $205 for IAAO members/Government Employees and $230 for non-IAAO members. 


Cancellation policy: Please email michelle.clark@jocogov.org for cancelation requests. You will receive a full refund for cancellations made prior to February 19, 2024. After that date, a cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund.
