With over a decade of experience in branding and communications and an MBA focused on Human Resources Management and Services, I bring a strategic approach to organizational outreach and engagement.

Prior to LABAID, I was the Communications Consultant for Amplicon Institute of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, a leading R&D organization. In that role, I developed and implemented innovative communication programs to advance the institute's vision of using science and technology for social good.

Before Amplicon, I served as the Communications and Program Design Deputy Manager at AYAT Education, a social enterprise dedicated to transformative education in Bangladesh. I spearheaded several key international projects, partnering with esteemed organizations like Integral Global, the John C. Martin Foundation, BGMEA, WHPCA, St. Christopher's Hospice, and BSMMU. These initiatives significantly contributed to enhancing garment worker wellness, expanding palliative care access, and promoting safe migration and SRHR. My work also involved designing and delivering training as a certified master trainer.
