so you know upfront what the trip will cost.

Our Restaurant offers a Local and International menu, changing every week.

And in wthe eek-ends, we do BBQ.

5.          Rantang Service

If you want to enjoy your lunch or dinner privately in your home, 

the room-service staff will be happy to bring a rantang, with your favourite food.

6.          Grocery Services

On a daily basis the driver will go out for groceries.

Residents who also want to do grocery shopping can join. Your trip is free of charge.
  For smaller items, (drinking water, toothpaste, etc), there is  a Convenience warung next to the  office.

7.          Maintenance Service

Renters are not allowed to make reparations or changes in the houses.

Our maintenance team is ready to fix any issues.

8.          Internet Wi-Fi

There is a Central Satellite Wi-Fi Internet system installed. A monthly fee applies.

9.         Visa/ Stay permit

To retire in Bali, you need a Pension Visa. (Kitas Lansia).

We will connect you to a Certified Visa agent, with whom we have decades of positive  experiences. (BSB -  Bali Bisnis Solution). 

Your Visa Stay Permit will be delivered at your door.

10.     Villa Management

If your house is not occupied for a longer time, we will handle the maintenance and management of your house, and if you wish, renting it out via Agoda, Booking, etc.

Conditions apply.

11.     ADL assistance.

Our senior residents are self-reliant, however for those who require support, there is an option for a personal care assistant, who’s role includes help with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility, as well as providing nursing care like wound dressings, injections, and medication management, depending on their qualifications. 

There are many ADL service providers you can choose from, depending on your personal needs.
