STEEL COMPONENTS ASSESSMENT USING A NOVEL NON-DESTRUCTIVE RESIDUAL STRESS ULTRASONIC TECHNOLOGY (STEELAR)
STEELAR’s main goal is to develop and validate an innovative non-destructive solution, based on a novel ultrasonic EMAT technology, to measure residual stress levels on steel components, providing decision-aiding information to manufacturers.
My role and responsibilities:
◼️ Tech leader in driving the project, Ultrasonic Guided waves-based investigation.
◼️ Developing new GUI tools for monitoring steel structures.

Zero Defects Zero Waste (ZDZW)
ZDZW develops digital non-destructive inspection (NDI) services as a set of strategic technologies to improve production efficiency, zero-defect, and sustainable manufacturing of European industries.
My role and responsibilities:
◼️ Leading the research and technical team to inspect the steel structures.
◼️ Research using Ultrasonic Guided waves and other damage mapping tools.

Thermal, Aerodynamics Simulation projects:
Completed many confidential projects for customers in the areas of Aerodynamic simulations, Thermal analysis, and computer-aided engineering (CAE) solutions.
I was handling around 25 major clients in the areas of automotive, aerospace, civil and other industrial engineering.
My role and responsibilities:
◼️ Tech member in project assistance, CAE software tools-based studies
◼️ Developing new features and testing for ANSA and Meta software. Assisting teams in USA and Europe.
◼️ Support engineer and onsite training member to GM, Airbus, Hyundai and other 25+ clients.
Completed Projects: Germany (from Jan 2014 till September 2014)
Powertrain simulation projects:
Completed a project related to powertrain simulation and developed a GUI for engine spray modelling.
My role and responsibilities:
◼️ Tech member in powertrain engine simulation tools-based studies
◼️ Developing new features and testing for Continental Germany and France.
◼️ Implemented new spray model algorithms for engine head monitoring.

Material science, thermal projects:
Engaged in thermal analysis research within CNRS labs and LTN Laboratories, focusing on phase change materials, engine fin heat transfer, and polymer analysis.
My role and responsibilities:
◼️ Analyzed phase change materials for thermal applications.
◼️ Conducted heat transfer studies on engine fins.
◼️ Investigated polymer heat transfer properties.
