About Us

The Kalamunda Lapidary Club was founded in March 1966. Since then, the membership and facilities have grown steadily each year to become the creative hub it is today. With over 50 members, we are the proud owners of our own, purpose built, efficient and comfortable clubrooms which offer several user-friendly areas:

• A well equipped workshop for cutting and polishing that special rock you found whilst on a fossicking trip or may have bought on your travels.
• A well equipped craft room where members can take their precious or semi-precious stone and work it into a fashionable piece of jewellery; where you can even pursue your passion hand making silver and gold jewellery in which to set your stone.
• A large meeting room with kitchen to sit and enjoy the camaraderie and social atmosphere.
