PRIVACY POLICY — Salesforce Website Extractor

1. DATA COLLECTION

Salesforce Website Extractor does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The extension reads publicly visible account information (company name, account type, and website URL) from Salesforce pages that the user is already authenticated to access.

2. DATA USAGE

All data processed by this extension remains entirely within the user's browser. Company names, account types, and website URLs are temporarily held in browser memory for display in the side panel and for CSV export. This data is discarded when the side panel is closed or the browser is restarted.

3. DATA SHARING

This extension does not transmit any data to external servers, analytics services, or third parties. No network requests are made to any domain other than the Salesforce domains the user is already visiting and the company website URLs the user explicitly chooses to verify.

4. PERMISSIONS

The extension requests the minimum permissions necessary to function:

- sidePanel: Renders the user interface.

- activeTab: Identifies the Salesforce tab for content script interaction.

- tabs: Opens and closes background tabs to verify website redirect URLs.

- scripting: Injects the content script into Salesforce pages when needed.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This extension does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms.

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
