- This data is used solely to create calendar invites in Outlook Web App on your behalf

- License key that you enter to activate the Extension

- This is used to verify your subscription status

**User Preferences**

- Meeting templates, time window settings, and other configuration preferences you set within the Extension

**Device Information (for License Validation Only)**

- Browser type and version

- Operating system type

- This information is used solely to create a device fingerprint for license activation management (limiting activations to 2 devices per license)

## How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Create and send calendar invites through Outlook Web App based on your CSV data

- Validate and manage your license subscription

- Save your preferences and templates for future sessions

- Prevent unauthorized sharing of license keys through device fingerprinting

## Data Storage and Processing

**Local Processing**

- All CSV contact data is processed locally on your device

- No contact information (names, emails, company names, titles) is transmitted to external servers

- CSV data is temporarily stored in Chrome's local storage and remains on your device

**Cloud Services**

- License validation is performed through Supabase (our backend service)

- Only your license key and device fingerprint are transmitted for validation purposes

- No sensitive contact information is sent during license validation

## Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Specifically:

- Your CSV contact data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party

- Device fingerprints are used solely for license management and are not shared with third parties

- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

- All license validation communications use secure HTTPS connections

- Contact data remains local to your browser and is not transmitted externally

- Device fingerprints are hashed and cannot be used to identify you personally

- CSV data is stored temporarily in your browser's local storage and can be cleared by you at any time

- Template and preference data persists in your browser until you uninstall the Extension or clear browser data

- License activation records are retained in our system for the duration of your subscription

- Request deletion of your license activation records by contacting support

- Modify or delete your templates and preferences at any time within the Extension

**Outlook Web App**

- The Extension interacts with Microsoft Outlook Web App to create calendar invites

- Your use of Outlook is subject to Microsoft's Privacy Policy

**Supabase**

- We use Supabase for license validation services

- Supabase's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy

The Extension requires the following browser permissions:

- **Active Tab**: To interact with Outlook Web App and create calendar invites
