Kaitlyn Talsky (she/her) defines herself as a creative mind driven towards acting, directing, dramaturgical, and written work in theatre spaces. Her main efforts in her theatrical work is to create real, tangible theatre that connects audiences with artists in order to forge connections that help all of us feel a little less alone.
She is planning to graduate in May of 2025 from the University of Georgia with a dual B.A. in Theatre as well as English, with an additional certificate in Musical Theatre. During her time at the University of Georgia, Kaitlyn has worked as the administrative assistant in UGA's School of Law, which has bolstered her managerial and other professional skills. In addition, she has worked closely with professors within the Theatre & Film Studies Department such as Michael Hadary, Daniel Ellis, and George Contini.
Also in the midst of her studies, Kaitlyn has been an avid supporter and participant in student-led productions. She has had the opportunity to both direct and lead marketing for Next Act Musical Theatre as well as Ars Gratia Artis, both student organizations prevalent on UGA's campus.
Kaitlyn is intent on uplifting artistic voices of all kinds in a world where expressing oneself has become an increasing struggle and of increasing importance.
