Is it arrogant to assume you already knew that?
I accidentally gained a following on instagram when I started posting videos that I actually wanted to watch. I hated that real estate agents online (and in person) so often have this fake cheerfulness and tell you "now is a great time to buy!" when really they mean "now is a great time for me to earn a commission!" It felt weird and gross and salesy. I don't know your life. I shouldn't be telling YOU when to buy or sell. I just want you to hit me up when you do.
I grew up in Utah, in the house my parents bought in the 1980s. I can't remember how much they bought that house for, but it was something like $0.45.
My birthday is Sept 11th (for reals, it is) and this is one of the many reasons I am who I am. I also am exmo, got a degree in history (hence my career in real estate), and in high school broke my foot by jumping over a river. I didn't know it was broken and crutches bothered me, so I hobbled around for a week in new shoes I had to get because my foot was swollen.
My online persona is a deadpan bitch. I know this. And irl I am that too, but I don't want you to feel catfished when you meet me and realize I DO have some emotions in addition to that, and am capable of joy, wonderment, etc. You've been warned.
