My JCL journey has primarily centered around one major activity (sans parliamentarian-ing): competitive certamen! I am the LASA advanced team captain/certamen coach and have competed locally, and on the state and national levels. What I really love about certamen is not just the competition or people, though those certainly are great, but the immense perspective and knowledge of the classical world you can build up.
