The space offers a moment of calm and inner reflection. Visitors are encouraged to lie down and breathe—experiencing rest not as an escape, but as a state of presence and quiet restoration. Interactions through posture and breath deepen emotional connection and invite self-reflection. The installation provides a space for both physical and mental rest.
Feathers, cushions, light, and white noise blend to create a soothing, meditative environment that helps the audience relax and restore body and mind. Through the interplay of visuals, touch, and emotion, the installation powerfully prompts reflection on the meaning of rest.
Viewers are invited to confront their need for rest, balance, and self-care. The question “How long has it been since your last rest?” encourages contemplation and deepens emotional engagement. The takeaway bag symbolizes a gentle reminder to re-evaluate one's resting habits. Its tactile details and ritual-like presentation enhance the overall experience, transforming it into a moment of personal introspection.
