This project highlights a data-driven approach to analyzing donor behavior and forecasting contributions for a not-for-profit. Using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, I built an ELT pipeline to process and visualize over 1 million donation records from Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Key insights include donor profiling, RFM segmentation, and donation mapping with LINZ data. Drawing on data from Stats NZ and the IMF, the analysis links CPI changes to trade volumes and applies both manual and automated forecasting to predict future trends. . Built using publicly available datasets, it visualises annual and seasonal temperature changes across continents and countries. Key insights highlight rising global temperatures, regional disparities in warming, and decade-by-decade comparisons. This research project, completed during my internship at the Nossal Institute for Global Health, investigates the availability, distribution, and quality of services for children with disabilities in Cambodia. Through policy review, service mapping, and analysis of institutional frameworks, the study highlights critical gaps in service coverage—especially in rural areas—and identifies key barriers to inclusion, such as inconsistent disability definitions, limited awareness, and reliance on external support. The report offers evidence-based recommendations to improve service accessibility, coordination, and community engagement through strategies like Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and strengthened referral systems.
