Kaczara  Farm Goldens

I started breeding goldens  in 2006  after  20 years of Springer Spaniels,!  Bonnie my first, then  Beau, Maehlie , Dancer, Gypsy, then Ceili, Rian and Lucy, my original 3 on the right ( me brown hair!)  Its always been important to me to test OFAs and after about 10 years I learned about "more testing" of heart and eyes, and then adding in DNA testing for  more obscure issues.,  My personal dogs have all. Occasionally an older proven  outside stud might not have dna as he has proven  no issues,  

I also added in "working titles"AKC when possible,  Ceili has  only Canine good puppy as covid broke out in 2019 and classes shut down. by 2? time to breed and I stop classes.  But Lucy has CGC, CGC Adv (community pre therapy dog) and Novice tricks,  Rian also CGC and  Ntricks. his mother  CGC and CGCA and TD . Im now 70 so hope to keep testing but depends on my body!!  I hope to breed another 5 year or more. I try to keep to breed standard, clearances, gold in color whether light crem or med, proper height etc

My original group: Beau, Maehlie,  Dancer, Gypsy )  Ceili , Lucy and Rian all have all 4 OFA certifications hips, elbows, heart, and eyes and a genetic tests neg. for GR-PRA 1 & 2, and MD and Ichthyosis !  Presently I only have  Ceili , Lucy and Rian here,. I plan to keep another pup l in 2023 "Lucy" and hopefully a CAN ch   MiCin's Sven.

 Ceili, pronounced  kay-lee, its gaelic,  like Maehlie (molly) is. She has Laurell's breeding, and  her sire  has  permanent  AKC  CH!    She  has  OFA clearances,   bred her  12/9-11.  born Oct 26, 2018  so more to come.  She is clear on her Golden retriever DNA panel (including ICT and NCL) she had a 2nd litter in 22'   with Rian, lovely. But I  have since decided its too hard to keep a  stud  loose with the girls! So Rian is neutered.

2023 Ceili x Designer golden's Beau  hopefully in March for May pups to leave July, 4 promised. 3 males  1 female she has had 9 past two litters.

Also 2023-24?  Lucy x hopefully MiCin's Sven a CAN ch  will wait till fall so might be  a Dec litter to leave early  Feb? not sure,  will see when she cycles usually with her mom. so I can't do two litters same day! I could handle 2 weeks apart if she waits in the spring (but I doubt it) I could possibly breed her to a different stud if this doesn't work at the time.

2022 Ceili x Rian  beautiful litter, but Im not set up for breeding, so he is now a  pet! all sold

 2021 Ceili x Rufus an Eng cream produced Lucy. all sold

2020: summer pups.  bred gypsy x another Eng Cream,    in July 2021 ( Rian)  all sold

 2019 reserve list: all promised and sold.  I'M having a knee replacement and  Gypsy  gets a  year off. so fall of 2020

2018:  Dancer pups.  all sold, Dancer also passed after  c section :( a tragedy

 Maehlie  had pups Aug.,  promised- to go to new homes   Oct 6 , 2018
