SuguMemo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、必要な範囲でのみ情報を取り扱います。
1. メモなどの保存データ
本アプリで作成したメモ、チェックリスト、カテゴリなどのデータは、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
これらの内容を、開発者のサーバーへ自動的に送信・収集することはありません。
2. バックアップ機能
対応するバージョンでは、メモなどのデータをバックアップファイルとして書き出し、復元できます。
バックアップファイルの保存先はユーザー自身が選択します。
iCloud Driveなどの外部ストレージを選択した場合、そのサービスにおけるデータの取り扱いには、各サービス提供者の規約やプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
3. ご意見・ご要望機能
対応するバージョンでは、アプリ内から任意でご意見・ご要望を送信できます。
送信時には、以下の情報を取り扱います。
ユーザーが入力したご意見・ご要望の内容とカテゴリ
アプリのバージョンやOSに関する情報
送信履歴や返信の管理に必要な識別情報・認証情報
これらの情報は、ご意見への対応、返信の提供、アプリの改善および新機能の検討に利用します。
メモ、チェックリスト、カテゴリ、バックアップファイルの内容が、ご意見送信時に自動的に添付されることはありません。
4. 外部サービス
ご意見・ご要望の送信、保存、返信管理にはCloudflareのサービスを利用しています。
通信やサービス運用に伴い、IPアドレスなどの技術的な情報がCloudflare側で処理される場合があります。
Cloudflareが取り扱う技術的なログについては、保存期間や削除のタイミングを本アプリの開発者が一律に保証するものではありません。
設定画面の「ほかのアプリ」では、公開アプリ一覧をHTTPSで取得します。このリクエストにメモ、ご意見・ご要望の内容、アカウント情報、端末識別子は含まれません。配信事業者が通信に伴う接続情報を処理する場合があります。
5. データの保存と削除
端末内のメモなどは、アプリの機能を通じて管理できます。
送信されたご意見・ご要望には、現時点で一律の自動削除期限を設けていません。
送信したご意見の削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内の送信履歴に表示される「お問い合わせ番号」を添えて、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。
お問い合わせ番号と対象アプリを照合し、対象の記録を特定できた場合は、確認のうえ手動で削除に対応します。
番号が不明な場合など、対象を特定できないときは、削除に対応できない場合があります。
また、開発者が管理するデータベースからの削除は、Cloudflare側の技術的なログなど、すべての関連情報の即時削除を保証するものではありません。
Cloudflare D1のTime Travel等の復旧機能により、削除後も削除前の記録がサービス側の復旧可能期間中に残る場合があります。利用可能期間はプランや設定によって異なり、開発者は即時の完全消去や具体的な保持期間を保証しません。
6. 広告・追跡・位置情報
本アプリは、広告配信を目的としたユーザーの追跡を行いません。
位置情報を取得する機能も使用しません。
7. メールによるお問い合わせ
ユーザーがお問い合わせメールを送信した場合、返信やサポート対応のため、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容、およびユーザーが任意で送信した情報を受領することがあります。
これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの対応に必要な範囲で使用します。
8. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、アプリの機能変更や関連法令等に応じて改定する場合があります。
変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載します。

SuguMemo (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information only as necessary to provide and improve its services.
Notes, checklists, categories, and other content created in the App are stored locally on your device.
The App does not automatically transmit or collect this content on the developer’s servers.
Supported versions of the App allow you to export and restore your data using backup files.
You choose where these files are saved.
If you choose an external storage service, such as iCloud Drive, the service provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to data stored there.
Supported versions of the App allow you to voluntarily submit feedback and suggestions.
When you submit feedback, the following information may be processed:
The feedback content and category you provide
App version and operating system information
Identifiers and authentication information necessary to manage submissions, history, and developer replies
This information is used to respond to feedback, provide replies, improve the App, and consider future features.
Your notes, checklists, categories, and backup files are not automatically attached to feedback submissions.
The App uses Cloudflare services to transmit, store, and manage feedback and developer replies.
Technical information, such as IP addresses, may be processed by Cloudflare in connection with communications and service operations.
The developer cannot guarantee a uniform retention period or deletion schedule for technical logs processed by Cloudflare.
When you open “More Apps” in Settings, the App retrieves a public app catalog over HTTPS. The request does not include your notes, feedback content, account information, or a device identifier. The catalog provider may process connection information as part of the network request.
You can manage locally stored notes and other content through the App’s features.
Feedback submissions currently have no fixed automatic deletion period.
To request deletion of submitted feedback, contact the address below and provide the reference number shown in the App’s feedback history.
The developer will verify the reference number and the relevant App before manually deleting an identifiable record.
If the relevant record cannot be identified, such as when the reference number is unavailable, deletion may not be possible.
Deleting a record from the developer-managed database does not guarantee immediate deletion of all related technical logs or other information processed by Cloudflare.
Cloudflare D1 Time Travel or similar recovery features may retain a recoverable copy of a record deleted from the active database during the applicable recovery period. Availability and duration depend on the plan and settings; the developer cannot guarantee immediate permanent erasure or a specific retention period.
The App does not track users for advertising purposes.
The App does not use features that collect location information.
If you contact the developer by email, the developer may receive your email address, message content, and any additional information you voluntarily provide.
This information is used as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide support.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App or applicable legal requirements.
