As part of academic enrichment, an educational visit was organized to various libraries and museums in Bhavnagar with the aim of fostering a deeper understanding of the region’s intellectual and cultural heritage. The itinerary included Gandhi Smriti, a museum dedicated to the life and legacy of Mahatma Gandhi, where students observed rare letters, documents, and personal belongings. At Barton Library, one of the oldest libraries in Gujarat, participants explored a rich collection of historical and literary works that reflect the city’s vibrant literary heritage. The Central Library Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University introduced students to a wide range of academic resources, research facilities, and digital archives essential for higher studies. Additionally, Pattani Archives & Library, known for its rare historical records and royal documents, offered valuable insights into the historical development of the region.

At the Saurashtra Samachar News Channel studio, participants gained insight into broadcast journalism, including scriptwriting, live reporting, and studio operations. Interactive sessions with media professionals further enhanced the experience, offering perspectives on the rise of digital media and the significance of credible news sources in today’s rapidly evolving media environment.
