Please Note:
Participation is strictly through prior registration only.
Due to limited capacity, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis (registration may close earlier once the capacity is filled).
There is no registration fee. Food will be provided. However, we are unable to provide any support for transportation, accommodation, etc.
Participation is not confirmed at the time of registration. Final confirmation will be sent to the selected participants on 17th September, 2025.
The details of the poster competition will be shared after selection.
