Shipping
You should receive your shipment a week after you placed your order. If you have not received your package, please inform us via email. It would be helpful if you include details about your order so we can track it. If you order over $175 in our product, you will not have to pay shipping costs. Return & Exchange Policy
Our returning policy will be different due to Covid 19. We will not be accepting any returns unless the product sent is incorrect. If this occurs, we replace the object. Also, there are no refunds allowed. The customer will need to pay for their shipping when returning it.
If a product is destroyed or damaged, then we will need physical proof emailed to us (Please visit the Contact Us section). If we approve, we will ship out a replacement.
