Check out Justin's photo prints!
Welcome to the new and improved website of Justin Marre. Here on the Home Page, the goal is to show you, the viewer, all of Justin's work within the professional world of Production. Be sure to click on the dropdown menus to see everything you need to, to learn more about Justin and his work experiences and view the whole website to learn more about Justin himself. *Complete resume, with references, available upon request.*
Starting out as a P.A in early 2017, Justin quickly grew in the camera department but once 2019 rolled around, one rough going gig gave him a complete change of heart. Instead of seeing Production Coordinators and Managers cause a good show or production to go sour, Justin's mission became to be the opposite. In other words, Justin wanted to be a positive role model and influence to anyone he would come into contact with and being in Production allowed him just that since everybody does come to Production at least once.
In 2020, Justin got his first Field Production Coordinator credit on Where Murder Lies and this one single opportunity kickstarted something brand new in him. It would be safe to say that Justin was hooked on the Production department and made it a mission to learn everything he could so that he could be a valuable asset to any team he was able to work with. This meant going on to the Entertainment Partners Academy and taking courses there, reading online forums, and so much more.
Since 2020, Justin has coordinated multiple corporate/ commercial gigs and shows, with the desire to manage many more. Some of Justin's skills include: P.Os, call sheet creation and distribution, budget tracking, coding, and much more, which you will see below. From small crews of about 5 to bigger shows of 50+, there's not a whole lot Justin can not do. Able to work as a local most anywhere if need be, there's no job too big or too small that Justin won't do. Please just bring him some cookies (without raisins) and he will be set.

Justin uses his own Google Drive for everything work related. He literally has a custom made template form and folder structure for everything. The list of those forms (25+) he uses is available down below, with a description as needed. Should you choose to hire Justin, you can rest in confidence knowing that all of your production documents will be safely secure and logged in Justin's easy to navigate folder system, which he can share with you without an issue, so long as you let him know. If you are not seeing a form, please let us know and Justin will make one right away.
Call Sheet
There are 5 variations of this available, for scripted and unscripted shoots, as well as one for a small commercial shoot and one massive version that is for shoots which are running multiple teams (up to 4) within one shooting day, such as perhaps a competition show of some kind. At the time of this update to the website, another one is being made which will accommodate a crew of at least 50 people. For those unfamiliar, a call sheet is where people need to be and when when it comes to reporting for work. This can include a schedule of the day on the same document or even on a separate attachment.
Basic Production Report
As basic as can be, this form will help you simply track down people's in and out times, plus lunch, wrap and also when first shot was taken.
Calendar Template
This template is made for a full 12 month period to be able to plan your shooting and logistical schedule. As information is populated into the calendar, its format will be altered so it will need to be adjusted accordingly to ensure each month fits within one page.
Catering Lunch Order Form
In the event that Justin is expected to work with a catering company, this form is designed so that the crew can fill out what they will want to eat, week to week, and also so that catering is not having to chase down crews for their orders.
Chart of Accounts Cost Tracking
If you are a Line Producer who is trying to keep track of up to date expenses, this document, once linked properly, can stay up to date on all costs to date, where a program designed for this may be lacking. There is also the option to fill this out manually.
Master Contact Sheet
Intended for mass distribution and to serve as a master list for the entire production, this is the one stop shop contact sheet.
COVID Testing Grids
While the COVID emergency may be officially over, these testing grids can still serve some kind of purpose if there is any kind of production that may need or require some kind of testing.'
Crew Rosters
This is more intended for start up production companies that are trying to build up a complete roster of crews, both distant and local, in the event that they want to have crews they can call on speed dial, so to speak.
CS Distro/ Day Players/ Do Not Hire
In order, the CS Distro is for those tasked with distributing the call sheet. With this, you can just copy and paste emails straight into any email server, to expedite your email delivery. The Day Players is the roster of Day Players assigned to the production, with dates worked. As for the Do Not Hire form, this also comes with a section that answers the "why" part of the question.
Equipment Rental Tracker
Every time Justin gets on a production, people often rent equipment but do not track "who and where" it came from so this became his solution to this revolving headache.
Expense Tracking
Combining both Petty Cash and Purchase Card, this form allows you to keep up with your most current expenses per week. There is even a section where you can enter up to two codes for one receipt.
Field Lunch Form
Designed with the team in mind, this form allows you to fill in the lunch location and menu while also adding the cast and crew names plus title (for tracking purposes). Once the form has been properly prepared, it can then be distributed and filled in by all of the recipients. Once filled out fully, the user can then submit this to the restaurant in question.
Field Travel Info
If you are having to travel crew you just hired for the trip, this form will serve to track all information related to that and can be shared with any of the producing team that needs a better handle on the logistics. There's also a section for vehicle needs, crew size, and if there are locations needing to be scouted, there's a place for that. This is intended for quick reference.
Live Schedule Review
Intended for easy use for collaborators, such as Producers and A.Ds, without having to go through an actual call sheet, this form makes it easier for everyone to communicate without going back and forth with emails and texts.
Location Information Request
If you are going to a distant location and need help scouting options, send this form to whoever you have on the hunt and this will help them more easily find locations which may be adequate to your shooting needs.
Lunch Confirmation
If you remember the form "Catering Lunch Order Form" from above, this document is just to track and make sure you got everybody's lunch order. When you have a bigger crew to cater to, it can be easy to accidentally miss somebody, if you are not careful.
Crew Onboarding Tracker (Detailed)
Best for Production Coordinators and Managers to collaborate on hiring information for short term crew, this is not like "Paperwork Submissions" as this form allows you to get a more thorough in depth look at everything needed, including their start and wrap date, rate, kit fee, and more.
Mileage Reimbursement Form
Intended for up to 25 trips per use, this form will help your employee or contractor track their mileage. However, should you choose to give them a chance to use this form within Google, it is on you as the distributor to make sure you fill out the section for the most current mileage rate as everything on this form is set to automatically do the math where the math may be applicable.
P.A Schedule Grid
This document is not intended for tracking hours but if you are managing a large team of P.As and just need to know what days you assigned them to work, this is your one stop shop.
Paperwork Submissions
If you are a production that, for whatever reason unknown, sends out any kind of start work as various attachments, this will allow you to track and make sure that all required documentation has been received. More sections can be added as needed but the form starts with 5.
PC Distribution Log
If you are on a project where you are having to hand out cash regularly, whether this is for trying to get the general public to serve as an audience member on camera or handing out to your P.As who may be going on a run, this is the easiest way to keep track of who has what so if you are ever missing money on your reconciliations, you know who to go to with questions.
PO Chart
If you are using any kind of Purchase Order system and want to better track them, this may be the solution. Although it's more intended to be used with the "Purchase Order Form" document just below, this chart can definitely help you better track your P.Os and also the revision count, if your P.Os are being modified more than once. If you are having your first P.O for estimated costs and don't revise it again until it's final, good news is this chart has a section for just that situation.
Purchase Order Form
This document is intended so that you can put all of your Purchase Orders in one place, before exporting them to a PDF and organizing them within your folder system. You can create a new tab for each P.O you need to create and every document is intended to hold up to 20 items each, to keep it within the same page and document.
Production Reports D2D
While not intended to replace an actual Production Report, this document is for a quick reference point Day to Day (D2D), especially if you are unable to use your laptop or don't want to keep up with a physical document. Once the day is wrapped, you can take this information into your final Production Report for the day.
Receipt Template
Compared to normal receipt templates, this one has sections for you to select if a P. Card was used, or cash, as well as numbering the receipts, if there are multiple within one stack, such as "2 - 10" There's also a section to put the week ending, so that the receiver can know what week the receipts originate from. The good thing is you can fill in most of this information online, then print in bulk.
Release Logs
If you are on a production where you have to release large numbers of people, this document will serve you well and reduce the odds you accidentally release someone more than once or not miss anyone at all. With a convenient dropdown menu available to select the release type, there should be no reason to miss a release again. This document starts with 60 blanks but more can be added via copy and paste.
Media Logs
A basic log to track all footage and media shot for the day. This will be best for Media Managers and D.I.T but camera can also benefit from this by keeping it filled out throughout the day.
Shipment Log
For productions which have to ship on a regular basis, this is a great way to keep track of multiple departments and their shipping habits. Ideally, you would share this with your department heads who may have to ship on a regular basis. This document has 100 slots.
Transpo Grid
If you are having multiple vehicles on your production, this is a great and simplified way to track them without having to add any extra information you may not need.
Travel Grids
Ideal for Production Managers and Coordinators, this 3 part document enables you to track everything about travel, from flight information to car rental details and even lodging information, all for your cast and crew. You can even use this log to help you with tracking information which you may need for your itineraries.
Travel Information Request
Should you find yourself with a large cast and crew that must travel and need to work with an agency, this form will simplify gathering the information that agency may need while also save you the hassle of accidentally losing it in your emails or texts. Simply mass send the form in an email and it will automatically generate an Excel for you, which you can then send as needed.
Travel Itinerary
In time, more versions of this will become available. As the name implies, this is a travel itinerary document. It's very simplified to fit on one page and does not require any additional formatting.
Weekly Expense Tracking
Compared to the "Expense Tracking" document, this document is actually meant to track your expenses based on code/ account in summary. Tab one is the actually summary based on what you enter into each Week Ending in the tabs that follow. These have been setup to auto populate as needed. Should you need to add more tabs, the formulas should still automatically calculate, so long as you Duplicate.
*Some of these forms may be common sense to the average industry professional but Justin also tries to cater to helping those looking for more experience and want to do their production right.*
