Check out Justin's photo prints!
After nearly 35 years of being on this planet, Justin has finally started to see his biggest dreams come true, at the beginning of 2017. From being born in the great state of California, to being raised in the heat of West Central Texas, even living in the beautiful country of Italy, there's not a lot of places Justin has not seen.
From an early age, Justin always had a thrill for video production. Often, he'd borrow his grandparents' camera, or his mother's, or whoever had one, and would go shoot video or pictures, pending which camera was in his hand. Of course, this would not go so well in the days of film and video cassettes. It was not a cheap hobby, by any means.
The obsession continued for years, but at the same time, Justin had a love for meteorology. Since his first day of interest into the complex world of atmospheric sciences, Justin knew, without a doubt, that he wanted to educate the world. Taking stunning weather video, extremely informative teachers, and a story to a new level, the goal has been, even to this day, to help people of all ages, to better understand the weather so they can make decisions off of their own personal knowledge.
Even while serving in the Armed Forces, Justin was studying both meteorology and also shooting various promo videos, for his squadrons. Guess you could say he was hooked, on a very massive level. Up many mountains and down many slopes, Justin has risen above his trials and tribulations, against some of the most impossible odds. Little did he know that his big break into the industry would happen, in early 2017.
In 2015, Justin had his directorial debut, directing a short film known as "The Super Swell Berkowski." It was a fun project that inspired Justin to also finish writing his short film script and biggest passion project, "Remembering." The completion and release of The Super Swell Berkowski was the first ounce of energy Justin needed, to realize he belonged to the film and TV industry.
2016, well, there was another eye opener. Justin was able to shoot a proof of concept, for Remembering, and was able to help many friends on many of their own projects. Additionally, he got to meet Eric Roberts and Tim Russ, two people of amazing talent and exceptional respect. The tip of the iceberg, to Justin's life, was coming close.
Finally, in 2017, Justin's gold mine was hit and the party took off quickly. Finally, his chance to make a living in film and video production became a very real possibility. In February, Justin pursued a lead for a job, as a Production Assistant, for the hit TV show, "Dancing with the Stars." Since that time, Justin has been nearly non stop busy and for that, he is not complaining.
While the years have been rocky with many unknowns, Justin's continued love for his work and his zeal for others has never been in short supply. Justin strongly believes in the saying "never stop learning" and would encourage you to never stop learning in life but also never stop growing into being the best that you can be, in all things.
Thanks for stopping in and have yourself the best day ever. Oh, and as we said on the home page of this site, don't forget the chocolate chip cookies.
Justin's biggest fan, his grandfather, Ray "Rojo" Weaver. This man helped mold Justin into the hard working man he is today. Rest peacefully good sir.
In 2015, Justin got to meet Toby Keith, on a commercial shoot. Please excuse the large gap between the two. Justin needed a cookie.
Seen here with actor Tim Russ and best friend Angela Soldier, this is a memory that will never fade. Quite an extensive story came out of this amazing day.
Meeting Eric Roberts was one of Justin's biggest goals, as Eric has worked with Christopher Nolan, Justin's biggest inspiration in the industry, to this day.
Justin's photo from when he graduated Air Force Basic Military Training, in 2008. Don't worry, Justin has looked far more strange, in other photos.
One of Justin's biggest accomplishments, while being in the Air Force. Again, catching him not doing something video related was nearly unheard of.
